The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Personally I think we half agree on most things, but there seems to be a comprehension problem here.

I am surprised that you didn’t know that the votes this week were on an agreed deal with 27 countries. That’s all. No point scoring. No using it to beat people with. No comment on the deal at all. No idea how you come to your conclusions.

?????????? No. I said we just voted on the withdrawal agreement. It was rejected twice. Originally we accepted the backstop as necessary. Then May made a U turn because of DUP and tried, unsuccessfully, to get it dropped. The DUP and the ERG are against the backstop. I have never claimed...

What are you on about? I haven’t made a comment either way. I have only said that the people should ratify any deal through a binding referendum. Yes or no on something tangible which you can read through and make an educated decision on.

Half agree, but you sort of fudge it at the end.

??????????? Point out where I said that. I am for another referendum. I have said from the word go that Brexit was a stupid decision and that Nothern Ireland would be the biggest problem. There is an interview with me in the Internet at saying that.

Well, it was only an advisory referendum. The mistake was promising to enact an advisory referendum. They should have said, we will take the result as the wish of the people. Make a deal with the EU, and then let the people ratify the deal, or not, with a binding referendum.

Yeah, but you blame the EU for the UK not having a clear plan and not being able to ratify May‘s deal.

The withdrawal agreement. It is agreed with the EU. That’s what Parliament was voting on. May‘s deal. Our parliament won’t accept it in it’s present form.

Wrong as usual. We have agreed a deal with the EU. We even agreed to the back stop in the beginning until the DUP piped up. The bullying is coming from within the Tory party and from a handful of Unionists. But blame the EU, it is easier than facing reality.

I agree, but his attempt to block the wishes of a democratically elected government by using a neo fascist party is clearly treacherous. I am surprised that the Italian populists haven’t fallen out with each other yet.

No. I am saying you have misunderstood what I have said and therefore think that I am totally against what you say. You just did it again when you claimed I only said leave did things wrong. I didn’t say that at all.

I have clearly said both sides, but they are not equally as bad as each other. Scaremongering both sides. Outright criminality: Banks.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

A lot of the time we agree actually, or at least are not totally against each other, but you misunderstand because you jump in too quickly. We are not far off each in the case of the latest Farage claim. If he has done a deal with a neo fascist party in Italy to block a possible request from...

Based on your past posting history... no. ;-)

Leave. Both sides have done things wrong. But you cannot say they are equal. The leave campaign is still being investigated and there are serious questions still coming out. There is no comparison in the gravity of the wrong doings. If both sides were equally involved in criminal activities...

I don’t think they are pricks, but I do think that labour should take this right wing coup by the balls and end it. The ERG are not here for the weakest in the UK society. The EU offers a more worker oriented future than people tied up with Trump or maybe Moscow. The liberals can’t do much alone...

Explain the benefits of crashing the country to the poor? Less investment, fewer jobs, reduced workplace regulations... More cheap imports, higher tariffs on exports. Farage is a snake oil salesman and has made his name and money out of Brexit. I wouldn’t worry about his fortunes. Worse way he...
