    Ashes 2023

He turns 41 tomorrow. Know he's said he wants to go to India and has no plans to retire but he can't go on for ever. Wonder what odds you can get on him announcing his retirement tomorrow and they go together.

Brexit certainly was a tragedy for people who didn't want to wake up one day to discover their bank account was being shut down https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2020/11/eu-bank-accounts-closed-brexit/

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

Shouldn’t be too hard to match ticket numbers with tickets scanned for entry. Deduct points for those who do this. obv you’d still have a problem with games like Leicester where people will be able to sell them on so the ticket still gets used

I've just started watching the Bear and not sure I really get it. About half way through season one and not a whole lot seems to be happening. As a comedy drama there doesn't seem to be a lot of either

At least the club are engaging on this which has to be a positive. The question has to be if you can't safely have more than 30,175 in the stadium how did they have an attendance of 32,128 for the England Women's match earlier this year?

    CBS looking tired

You do have to wonder where it all went. The amount they got for the Commonwealth Games compared to the work actually done doesn't seem to line up and clearly it didn't go on maintenance

    CBS looking tired

I know someone that is involved in the management of the catering provision and they said the facilities were on such a bad state things were having to be prepared offsite From the sounds of things a lot of it was beyond repair and they’ve ripped everything out and started again

Supporters forum minutes and questions - 20th July

I suspect the answer is the number of people stood in the concourse drinking beer. If those people could take their pint back to their seat at half time there would be a lot more room

It’s not great to hear that the stadium design means it can’t comfortably accommodate a capacity crowd. They could have an app and allow pre-ordering for half time. Obviously would need a working signal / WiFi but it works well at Edgbaston

I know it's only preseason but I'm tempted to have a few quid on Simms. Wonder what odds are out there for hitting 20 goals or being league top scorer.

It would be amazing business if we sold Wilson for millions. He's had a fantastic season but lets be honest this time last season people were going nuts that he was even getting game time in pre-season Don't believe it for a minute though. Could be a minor knock, illness or just squad rotation
