    CCFC Museum?

There’s a CCFC bit in the Herbert isn’t there? Guess part of the issue is where to put it. We don’t own the stadium and it’s a bit out of the way for non-match day visitors

They’ll be for media so your best bet is probably eBay but not likely to be there until the end of the season

    Turnstiles/Getting In

It’s not just us. At Edgbaston this afternoon and they’ve got 4 queues at the entrance I go in, 4 security guards doing searches, they’ve got one of those wand things between them so 3 queues have to wait while one person is scanned

We know what the safety group is like with the football club. I don’t doubt for a second if we owned the ground and said the cctv and fire alarms didn’t work they’d say we had to play behind closed doors

I would guess a delayed kick off takes us far to close to the blackout windows and Sky weren’t prepared to risk it. we’ve had delayed kick offs when we’ve been on Sky before but it’s been evening games

The hotel was / is in such a shit state they were threatened with removal of the franchise. Think some work was done at that point but only to bring it up to the bare minimum to allow it to continue operating. Know from someone who works there that the catering setup was in such a bad state it...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Same shit, different company. How is this sort of thing legal? As is always the case those at the top will be just fine and those at the bottom are potentially screwed for the rest of their lives with a pension shortfall...

Pretty sure the hotel is franchised so its actually the arena operating it just using whatever brand name its currently under That was definitely how it used to be but not sure if anything has changed with Frasers taking over

    Things that annoy you

Get googling. Pretty sure that there's some regulation that what you're sold has to be fit for purpose. I find with this sort of thing they'll just send you back generic emails at first but if you keep pushing eventually you'll get somewhere. Tell them you want the whole thing replaced with a...

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

I'm never going to be purchasing a box so might have this wrong but from what I can gather the increase was only to put us in line with what other Championship clubs charge. Understand it being annoying for people who were previously getting a box at a lower price but also find it a bit...

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

Considered the Mill membership but from what I could see its basically paying over £250 to be able to order a drink at half time. That part of the ground desperately needs a F&B outlet now they've closed off access to the Mill. Got in around 45 minutes before ko yesterday and the queues at the...

    Turnstiles/Getting In

This highlights another problem. Inconsistent messaging. Tickets say they must be printed, website says use your phone. Website says you can use any turnstile, stewards say you can only use the one on your ticket. Easy stuff to sort but we've had the same issues for years.

    Turnstiles/Getting In

Any ticket can be used at any turnstile, 44 & 45 are normally pretty fast moving and a relatively short queue. The queue management does need to be looked at though, it's an easy thing to solve, just needs some barriers. Have one queue for each block of turnstiles then send people to which ever...

    Turnstiles/Getting In

The only problem I've ever had was that once you were in the ground they were impossible to purchase. As long as you got them from the kiosks outside they were fine. But as Hobo said for some reason they've made the program sellers outside cash only when previously, like the rest of the...

    Hamer

Unless we were going to pay him a PL wage, which was never going to happen, then that's pretty much an irrelevance.
