    Rotherham - QPR

Huddersfield v Bournemouth (Huddersfield loss) Sheff Wed v Swansea (Sheff Wed draw or loss) ...are both important to us too.

Rotherham play long ball from the back, which means that the game is likely to be a lot of back and forth. First goal may be key, and a QPR result of any sort would be huge for us going into the game.

Agree - except it would be 6-9pts (not 7-10)

Hope Godden is 100% for this, otherwise I'd replace him with Gyo, who seemed more up for the physical contact last game.

Convinced that won't happen - particularly Birmingham, who will be sharpening their studs and polishing their tattoos in readiness for this. Will be surprised if Rotherham have eleven players capable of running the length of the pitch after that game.

    Madders in the spotlight

Most sides would miss their creative spark. Was thinking earlier; have England ever had such a creative midfield talent at their disposal? Mount, Bellingham, Grealish, Foden, Lingaard, Maddison, Ward-Prowse. Feels like I've missed out someone obvious, too. For me they have to play Declan Rice -...

Feel happier with 6 in the bag before the Millwall game, but there will be a forensic analysis after every game (including Tuesday!)

    Robins linked with Bristol City.

They'd still give us a game though, especially with our centre backs currently out.

Depending on how the next few games pan out with injuries etc, we may end up reverting to a back 4, out of necessity, rather than design.

At the age of 51, I wouldn't call someone 'up and coming' (sorry MR) Established...maybe, but think you need to be late 30s , early 40s for that. FWIW, I am in the 'heading into the horizon' category ;)

    Madders in the spotlight

Dropped for a Cov-id breach for the game at West Ham (along with Perez and Choudhury) Then upset a lot of Leicester fans by posting a picture of himself (I think) on a local golf course. Got the impression it was during the match (reading their forum) but it has sparked a 'get rid of him' from...

He will want a win, but would (as would we all) take a draw.

Really hope QPR turn up on Tuesday, that Rotherham pick up some knocks and that we turn up on Thursday. Nervous week!

Missed an open goal, clear pen denied and hit the post twice. Huddersfield and Derby still very much in the mix.

Updated - Relegation run-in: all teams' fixtures in a table

Looking at their fixtures, i can't see either Derby or Huddersfield pulling clear of the pack. Derby pick up less than 2 points from their next 2 away fixtures and they really are in trouble.

Hopefully Swansea derail them early on. If they beat Swansea, the next two look winnable. If they win two and draw one, they would still only be level with us (if we lost the next 3)

To my mind, Sheff Wed have too big a mountain to climb. Luckily Swansea regained a bit of their mojo today (play Sheff Wed next) so if Sheff Wed don't win that, I think it will be a hefty nail in their coffin. Wycombe have finally gone (plucky effort) and that leaves one place as far as I'm...
