It isn’t a breach ‘we have been told we can do takeout, so long as it isn’t consumed On the licensed premises you are doing nothing wrong.

You can serve take away ‘but it’s against the rules to consume it anywhere on or within the Licensed premises, which obviously includes beer gardens and car parks etc. A popular little pub near us is set just back from a beach top walk and opposite a public green, they’ve just started opening...
