Biggest achievement, 87 Cup win or promotion ?

    Go on... I’ll ask it.

    Sunderland tv

The average intelligence of a football fan is genuinely embarrassing. Also, I don't understand how you can vocally celebrate the death of anyone unless they had done something actually horrific. I don't think delaying a football match 50 years ago qualifies. Absolutely classless from their fans.

Taking one game at a time

Got you! To be honest I was so surprised that anyone even knew that film I nearly spat out my hay.

It sounds offensive so probably but what’s a pooka?

    Matty godden

That Pompey goal was a moment of quality that not many league 1 players could do.

I agree. I think we should consolidate all our remaining away ties into one easily manageable away fixture. It will be against more players obviously but much less travelling overall so will work out better in the long run. About time someone said it, Trench.

    Sunderland fans crying "again"

In fairness, can you remember this place after the Shrewsbury result? Only the third game we’d lost all season and some of the posts were absolutely embarrassing. Hopefully we can remember this when we do inevitably lose again this season.

Where are you watching the game today?

    League one Friday/Saturday

Just watched the Rotherham highlights.... For anyone mourning that MK Dons chance at the end, it wasn't as clear cut as Rotherhams chance earlier so still grateful for the draw. Cracking goal from Healey btw

I wondered the same. We don’t particularly need another left wing back at the moment but we will need one next season. Suspect it’s just a chance for both of us to look at each other with Wolves paying some of the wages.

Fankaty Dabo stats v Rotherham... The engine of the team

To the ABBA song “voulez vous” (because watching 22 men run around in shorts whilst singing ABBA songs is how we spend our saturdays now) fankatyyyy (Dabo) Running down the wing (Dabo) Hear the city sing (Dabo) We are going championship Fankatyyyyy...

    Now or then?

Te difference is Willis’ distribution is really poor. Watch on Sunday how many times he’ll take a touch to the right and then just play it down the line for someone to run onto. He’s a brilliant athletic defender but doesn’t fit our current style.

    Based on what?

    Ryan Giles

Yeah likewise. He may well be the best player at the club I just don’t think people have seen enough of him to claim “he’s quality” and worth dropping McCallum for who has been part of an absolutely rock solid defence.

    Ryan Giles

He only had one involvement which was an unchallenged dribble to the byline and a cross that didn’t clear the first man. Not sure what people have seen to suggest “he looks quality”.

    Ryan Giles

I’ve been critical of McCallums stamina previously but he’s so much better in that department recently. Still doesn’t quite have the same ability as Dabo to constantly get up and down for 90 minutes but definitely improved. As I’ve said a lot before he’s brilliant in the air and he nullifies...

    Crowd Sunday

Agree and 2nd home game in a few days. Think this is going to be a very disappointing turnout.

Will be less Coventry there Sunday than last night.

    Dodgy ref

People often moan about refs on here and I always think they’re just seeing it through biased eyes but last night was the worst I’ve seen this season. Strange decisions both ways and clearly not fit enough.

    Match Thread Rotherham Match Thread!

As well as going two up top to nullify the press I think a major factor in Biamou coming in over Allen was height. We watched the first half down at the front and they are just absolutely huge. There genuinely wasn’t one player under 6ft. He probably considered that bit of extra height for set...
