Problem is, if there were hardly any take up, they would then be faced refunding those who had purchased at the higher price - might even cost them money !
Thanks Rob
My father in law used to ask 'How many beans make five?
His answer was 'A bean, a bean, a half a bean, a half a bean, a bean a bean.
OR
One bean, 2 beans, a bean and a half. a half a bean.
Which is correct/ Thanks in advance mate.
Let's hope all the players make a full and speedy recovery. Annoying, but if they have to catch it, better that it is before rather than during the season.
Young blokes not fully vaccinated - mates are probably in the highest 'positive age group bracket' . There is a sad inevitability about the spread of Cov-id amongst players/teams. Can't believe it won't affect team selections (even fixtures?) early in the season, maybe later on too.
Haha - one of those sites (not the Sky one) predicts Hull, Peterborough and Blackpool all staying up. If that happens, I'll buy everyone on this site a beer. Note to self: delete post in case of emergency!
McNulty was great that season, but has clearly had problems maintaining fitness (you only had to watch a few of his games in Scotland to see that) Technically very good. Perhaps off field stuff has distracted him. Whatever, we should always be grateful for that one season - plus it was great...
If Derby line up with jagielka 39 and Curtis Davies 36 as their 2 centre backs, god help them. Mind you, Bonucci and Chiellini didn't do too badly, so maybe I should keep my powder dry 🤣
Start the season in a positive fashion and I'd be looking to extend his contract; his value is only ever going to go in one direction, I think Hamer is also going to have a big season too, so same for him.
