    Coronavirus

French closing restaurants, cafes etc. from this evening. Just driven back through centre of Budapest and it is very quiet - normally rammed. 22 Premier League next season

Knew West Ham would be the first club to want the season null and voided. Brady in the Sun spouting off. Bet they still demand full TV money etc. Also be running to court if BT and Sky say they're not paying all the money as haven't had required number of live games.

    22 Premier League next season

Don't see it being null and voided. Not just promotion and relegation but also the PL prize and TV money would be an issue. Then you've got the issue of European places which again has big money attached.

Prem got their TV money , EFL don't. Seems PL are happy to play behind closed doors (with modifications on live TV games), EFL aren't happy to play behind closed doors as they don't have that financial lifeline.

We can go on about promotion and relegation issues but EFL clubs are going to lose around 20-25% of their home games income if they go behind closed doors. Could actually put a fair few into administration

Is this BS? Does anyone know for sure?

Doubtful EFL would have given permission for the 3 years without factoring in the possibility of promotion.

Get promotion, enjoy it for what it is then worry about the financial reality of Championship football (that it's all down to owners with deep pockets rather than a few thousand extra through the gates).

Biggest achievement, 87 Cup win or promotion ?

That cup period was a unique time. Started from the top with Snoz and Curtis who genuinely loved the club. Snoz was an infectious character and passed it on to the players for a "happy" squad. It played good, entertaining football. Cup run with all those away games was a special time. That was a...
