One thing I did notice was Brereton Diaz at Blackburn (who has been mentioned in the similar value bracket) has reportedly signed a pre contract agreement with Villareal. As a selling club you'd always assume you'd get something back. Blackburn won't get a penny.

Gus and McNally excellent. Norton Cuffy reminds me a lot of Dujon Sterling. Never looks like he's sprinting but has quite a rangey stride. Thought he did ok today. Clipped a couple of decent crosses in from the byline.

Everton be one to watch at the minute. If Anthony Gordon gets sold and Dyche comes in as expected, I'd imagine Dyche no.1 priority would be a big striker... Possibly Swedish.

Preston supporting mate of mine says... Used to be a real handful when first arrived. Then got injured and went shit. Lots of endeavour but poor goal record recently, injury prone and very lightweight. Lost pace. Fresh start might reignite things for him.

He sounds pretty uninspiring. We literally have no other fit strikers though other than Vik. Even with Godden back... And dare I say Walker, that still leaves us light. I'd imagine he's a short term body to replace Tavares. Hopefully a six month permanent deal.
