    St Andrew's it is then

This is probably a big part of it. Why accept Wasps demands if we don't feel they're fair and when we don't know how long we're going to be playing with reduced capacity for. For all we know we could be playing 30% capacity for half the season which is the difference of around 500 seats between...

Don't worry pal, I'll be there when I can be just like last season (y)

    Wasps Statement

I don't know tbh, it's all a big mess. I just hope fans can be patient if we do end up banished from the city for a while building a new stadium. It's taken a long time and a lot of effort to get the club back moving in a positive direction.

    Wasps Statement

Problem with this strategy is that stadiums don't get built over night. Even if the stadium plans do come to fruition and all is rosey we're still looking at 4-5 years playing outside of Cov in front of tiny crowds, paying a ton in rent to Blues or whoever else will have us. Might end up meaning...

    Wasps Statement

Is a little bit funny to imagine the council selling Wasps on this idea that they'd be able to waltz in, own the stadium and rinse us on matchdays for as long as they liked all without telling them what a bunch of difficult bastards SISU are to deal with. Bet Wasps had no idea what they were...

    Wasps Statement

The fact that they've been here for 6 years and the seats are still Sky Blue should tell their fans all they need to know about how well run their club is.

    Wasps Statement

It's not a surprise. I have no doubt that the council will have used us as a bargaining chip while negotiating with Wasps. We were their little cash cow on the side that they could leech off for extra revenue. Us not being there is not part of their business plan.

    Wasps Statement

Hard to know who to believe really. Obviously want to believe the club but let's not pretend like both clubs haven't had a history of telling porkies. Seems very bizarre for such different stories to be coming from both sides when they've been pretty aligned previously.

    Zain westbrooke

Westbrooke is with Allen and McFadzean but nothing in that pic to confirm it’s in Scotland? Perhaps they’re the ones who’ve stayed home?

If we didn’t extend then he would have already gone. Contracts were up 30th June.

    Maton at it again

Overson seems like a top bloke. Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s involved in the stadium project.

    Fans allowed in? - Updated!

Nah, it can't have been that many surely? Season ticket holders are added on automatically and pretty sure we had some sub 6k crowds? Think it was more like 3.5-4k

Took me 45 minutes to get from south Cov to Birmingham most match days due to the traffic on the way into Brum.

Sky Blue Trust statement about Wasps

Considering one of their board members is calling anyone who disagrees with him a SISU PR spokesperson I'm not going to hold out much hope for anything substantial from them.
