    Tottenham v Coventry match thread

If we're going to get tonked he might as well bring on Defoe, at least I'd get some points for my Fantasy League team.

Where were you in 1987 ?

I was 19 and there, luckily got a free ticket as the newsagents I was working at sold Sky Blue Lottery tickets at the time, and the rep got me a ticket. Drunk for quite sometime before and after.

    Which would you prefer ?

I'd get rid of the Monster Truck and trade down for something a bit more fuel efficient like a Fiat Bravo or something if i were you.

Sky Blues Trust - What Does it Stand For?

He did a good job of continuing Rays plan of relegation, at least he accelerated it to lessen the pain(and cost).

Sky Blues Trust - What Does it Stand For?

A squad that would easily have achieved promotion? Even with Dann, Fox, Westwood, Gunnarsson, Eastwood(when still rated) managed one point more than the previous squad. That squad should have achieved more, but stuck with Coleman( his appointment), who he still persevered with for a total of...

Sky Blues Trust - What Does it Stand For?

Definitely what he said in The Times, though have to buy that because of the paywall. To be fair to Murdoch, probably a good idea for him, as just read the Guardian and Telegraph etc online now.

Sky Blues Trust - What Does it Stand For?

According to Gary Stubbs in todays Times it stands for supporting a former Chairman who "resigned in disgust" at the actions of Sisu, however neglecting to mention how he brought them to the club after many years of association with them(fialing to take over any other club), presided over ever...

    Which would you prefer ?

Don't think you're lying myself, just educationally sub-normal. Don't think I;ve seem most of those figures you've banded about, think seen about £40 million as a figure which seems to be the consensus.

    Hallelujah the saviour has returned

Didn't he play for your mob? Think he's relegated every club he's played at, even managed two in one season with Norwich and Leicester I think, and one of them even went out of existence altogether! However, that one could provide us with a ground to play in, so not all bad!

    x1 Spare Spurs Ticket

Sisu should have bought all the tickets then sold them on Ebay, be able to pay the rent then.

    Spurs Ticket for Sale

Did anybody who bought a ticket for the game actually want to go to it??

If you won £100 million on Euro Lottery

Don't think I'd go that far, freeloading bastards. Would just get the full amount in cash, some fingerless gloves and look at it all day, cackling. Bit like what George Osborne does with all the Child Benefit money.

    Hallelujah the saviour has returned

The bad news is I saw him back in the treatment room afterwards. Saw loads of Kings horses and Kings men come out looking grim and shaking their heads. Doesn't bode well.

If you won £100 million on Euro Lottery

According to the CET today it wouldn't be enough!

    McPake!!

No, you were definitely wrong, dreadful player. Isn't he just back after a suspension for being sent off?

If you won £100 million on Euro Lottery

Nope, just lose a load of money. If I managed to turn it into a billion in ten years or so I might take a punt though.

    Diddsy?? Fucking hell.

    Which would you prefer ?

To be fair there was a big Love Thorn/Hate Sisu camp last season who didn't seem to understand that.

    Quick comparison

Quite a bit of balls about the Man United game there. The Man United team included Pique(only the one World Cup, two Euro Championships and a few titles and Champions League wins for him since with Barcelona), Carrick,Wes Brown,Nani, O'Shea, Eagles and Park. Our team however was changed...
