    The Apprentice 2018

Sabrina's too wet for my liking (steady on, gentlemen!) - I wouldn't want to enter (into business) with her

    Appeal Dismissed

Ain't this one really for the Ricoh/SISU section? And the OP's title is as bad as any CovTel clickbait I've ever seen.

    Celtic or Rangers

Couldn't give a shit - neither are Sky Blues, and they are the team I support! #CTID #PUSB

    Trouble after

Hang on a minute ... Stewards and police "caught up in the disorder"?? They are meant to be there (and WE are paying for them) to prevent and proactively manage potential for disorder, not just give it the big "I am" and bully fans in the ground! They patently failed to do so on Saturday. Simply...

    To be fair

I always wonder to whom or what the speaker needs to be fair! Needless, in any shape or form, across the piece, Brian!!

    Jesus banner after the game

Are you suggesting that fairies still exist in the most backward corners of the world???

    The Coventry Telegraph

Thought Chrissie Hynde was a-f*cking-mazing! Ultimate rock-chick at 66 years of age, and not a note wrong or re-keyed from the originals! One off the bucket list for me! (Oh and the original line-up drummer Martin Chambers was playing too). Thought KT Tunstall was pretty impressive too. #PUSB...

    Is That It ?

Am I holding my breath that CT get something right?? Nope!

    The Coventry Telegraph

There was a CT "All you need to know" about the Grand Slam 2018 gig at the Butts last week - absolutely fuck-all information other than what they had got from elsewhere on social media about start times!!

    The Coventry Telegraph

My nephew used to be an honest hard-working journalist who went out and investigated stories for a paper called the Bucks Free Press. He left there, seeing the writing on the wall for "local" newspapers, and went to work for a news agency based in Reading. He still went out to gather news, and...

Why the f*** is this not headline news?!

TBF to BBC Cov Warks, this was their headline story on Tuesday morning, but they seemed to put more emphasis on the observation that Aimee Challenor was being trolled on Twitter for being trans. #wheresthestory?

    The Coventry Telegraph

Not related to CCFC, but this article Warwick Arts Centre appoints new director was posted on 22 August by their "Content Direct Editor". The original press release was made by the University on 26th July, and the content in the CovTel article is directly cut-and-pasted from the press release...

    JP heading out on loan

Could the same be said of him playing alongside Bakayoko?

Robins has to go in the summer / 02476 555 555

Along with the views of Shrews fans who reckon Ryan Haynes may be their player of the season. I always rated him, but he didn't get enough of a consistent run in the side to endear himself to others.

    Biggest Embarrassment of the Night

Thought this thread was going to relate to us playing in our second choice (aka away) shirts even when there was no clash. Utterly unnecessary and offensive to the club's history. It's not even like the white shirt has a different sponsor (a la Subaru vs Isuzu of the prem years), so there isn't...

    Reise Allassani

Well, I don't know what the arrangements are, but he needs to be "groomed" (pardon the phrase) for Saturday games, not U23 midweeks. Unless it is a case of getting match fit like they doing with Jodi.

    Reise Allassani

If we restrict him to playing in the U23s, we run the risk of doing the same to him as seems to have happened with Ponticelli. Manager saying "he's not ready for regular first team football", and not giving him any game time at all, so he became too accustomed to the U19 (?) side and hasn't been...

    Elliotts Car Accessories

Closing down at end of August - site has been sold for development. 50% off everything - maybe they sold the phone too? Sad really - a Cov institution. Bought my first car radio in there in 1983!

    HAHAHAHA

Re: the lack of trouble at the Checkatrade final, me and the missus were on a Metropolitan Line tube from Hillingdon, and it was about 50:50 Sky Blues and Oxford. Not a hint of trouble. Got a bit lary around some of the pubs out by Wembley Park tube station, but didn't see any trouble all day...
