Seeing as the council had to pay £50,000 to the LTA to bring in the hordes(well 9000 over 3 days) for a minor Davis Cup game, wouldn't exactly consider it a money magnet for that particular event.

Do you really believe that the Arena is viable without a standing tenant which guarantees at least 23 games a season bringing in a minimum 230,000 people through the doors paying for car parking, food etc? Think that Compass might think otherwise.

There is, but the certainty that some have of the Ricoh getting these big events means that the Arena can survive perfectly well, even better without the club is shown to be a fallacy.

Sisu are finished here, a busted flush, no need to fight battles that are already won, need to look ahead to the issues with ACL/CCC already. The constant polarisation of Sisu bad/ACL-CCC good doesn't help, it's highly possible, even probable that both are bad.

Whilst i agree that Sisu have been a disaster and should never have been involved in the club, I can't believe that you can totally disregard any actions by ACL, Higgs or the Council if found true. The whole "moral highground" stuff is just bollocks if it doesn't equally apply.

Whichever way, it doesn't put anybody in a good light really.
