If you look at the Top Scorers in the Championship, Walker's minutes per goal is better than most, ahead of the likes of Ayew, Solanke, Woodrow etc. Given how much we struggle to score goals as a team that's pretty impressive.

Agreed. It was a better stop than given credit for. Ask any keeper & they'll tell you the ones that bounce just before reaching you can be a nightmare but he got down to it well & strong push away to a safe area.

Spot on. I think because of how long he's been around our first team people forget just how young he is. In the majority of matches he is the youngest player on the pitch.

It is impressive & I'm certainly not wanting to knock Wilson at all but word of caution that Save Percentage is just about the most unreliable stat there is in football. Still, some esteemed company there & fair play to him, done far better than everyone expected & is rightly No.1 at the moment.

We were one of the best around at it in League One then completely changed tact upon promotion & by the stats now we're one of the least high pressing teams in the league. That stems from a concern that the better opposition can play through (or over) it & would leave us exposed defensively imo...
