Am I missing it or is Maddison not warming up?

Lorentzon, Stephen and Martin impressive so far. Vincelot having a poor poor game and he must be odds on to get send off. Either bring Bigi on (I know he's not particularly liked on here, but he's more then good enough at this level, he just needs confidence) or bring Murphy on and push Rose...

A lot of the usually vocally critical fans that sit near me aren't here today. I'm sure it's a coincidence it coincides with our poor home form.

    Jodi Jones

Boo for signing a nobody youngster and showing forward thinking. Boo SISU for spending money. Boo TM for getting him in on loan to give him longer to acclimatize to a new City/team/location/team mates.

No point being negative, my whole life has been filled with negativity as a Coventry fan. There has never been anything to sustainably cheer for, until this season. Form recently has been poor and excitement levels have dropped, but we are still well in with a chance of promotion. That's the...

I retract my earlier statement, the second half has been awful. Let's hope Murphy makes an impact and proves the doubter wrong. Maddison is too bought into his own hype.

Gradual improvement from the last few weeks. Lameires best offensive player and Vincelot best defensive thus far.

If you were an independent spectator with no background knowledge, would JM be the one picked out as having signed for a premier league club?

So one change from the last home game. It's a diminutive but creative front four - effectively the same as the start of the season, but JC for JOB, which on paper is an upgrade. Let's hope to see a performance similar to the start of the season.

I would go: RCC Lorentzon Martin Cargil/Stephens Stokes Vincelot/Rose Fleck Lameries Cole Murphy Armstrong Murphy has been poor, but he's the only outright traditional winger we have - his pace is intended to be an outlet. Rose - still an unknown quantity but if he is box...

It certainly appears as if something has happened behind the scenes. The way we are losing, the individual performances and overall work ethic are a complete contrast from a few months ago.

    Three Myths

    Nonsensical argument.

The whole starting 11 today (bar RCC)

I thought Stokes was good today - the only consistent outlet we had, he continues to improve in my opinion. Stephens looked composed too, bar the odd sloppy pass he looks a real talent. I agree with RCC. Speaks volumes when the only players to come out of a 2-1 loss with any dignity are...

How Murphy was singled out when JC and especially JM were even worse is unbelievable.

Murphy's issue is that their LB matches him for pace, which is his usual route past defenders. Plus, in fairness to him, he's had the ball more than most of our players and each time he's had limited options.

    JOB to Scunny

It was clear he wasn't a Mowbray favourite, but I'm suprised he's that far removed from Mowbrays thinking he's been allowed to leave. JOB always worked hard and in one or two instances he's worked well as an impact sub raising the tempo, but technically he is not on par with the players...
