Sisu have their arses slapped again

Does JS actually win more legal cases or is it that she has deeper pockets to be able to continue the legal actions that outlasts her opponents ability to fund? The companies etc that she takes action against are generally in a distressed state so have little in the way of fighting funds. If...

Proposal for Trust meeting this Monday

On point 4 even if it were possible, and I am not convinced as it presently stands it is, then could getting such a listing potentially delay a CCFC return to the Ricoh given that such a listing gives 6 months in order to bid? That six month delay could cost the owners (SISU or otherwise)...

    SBS & L accounts

Think the point I am making is that it is claimed that it has cost JS £60m to date. The only way to look at that "investment" is to look at the Group situation because it excludes monies that are lent between group companies. To 31/05/12 the external monies put into the group by SISU funds and...

    SBS & L accounts

Having looked at the 2012 accounts filed 29/10/13 these are the main points. Will try keep it factual - Directors report focusses on cost savings and need to own a stadium. It also discloses that ARVO have put in £9.181m since 31/05/12 by way of additional loans and secured on assets of the...

Sisu have their arses slapped again

Not sure this rejection changes SISU's plan as such, or that it weakens their case/resolve..... certainly doesnt strengthen it though The judge will deliver judgement on the facts of the case as represented to him at the oral hearing. He will I assume have already studied the cases presented...

Sisu have their arses slapped again

Got a feeling fp that was always going to be the case....... if they get the freehold then there is no right to income so next stage is to remove ACL any bets that wont involve lots of expensive legal actions? If they dont get the freehold then I am sure there will be other legal challenges ......

    Just a heads up

Cant second guess what will be in the accounts to be honest If I were in the SISU position I would be liquidating both CCFC Ltd and CCFC H. Companies in liquidation do not have to file accounts. Not saying there is or isnt anything to hide but no accounts publically available means a lot less...

    Trust Release FL Meeting Notes

For obvious reasons I am going to keep comments factual plus a few questions Under the Insolvency Act 1986 s235 and s236 the Liquidator or Administrator has the power to demand information/explanation from any officer of the company that has served at any time. And can apply to Court to enforce...

Coventry City owners invite council to talks over Sky Blues returning to Ricoh Arena

at least publically this appears to be the situation the council are saying - we hold the freehold and 50% ACl if any party is interested make an approach and talk to us but if not going to be realistic from our point of view do not bother. We dont have to sell but no options are closed. ACL...

    OTIUM change articles of association

The new articles have a changed clause in them that allows the company to issue non voting ordinary shares of £1 each The articles disclose that ARVO can appoint a director to the Board and only ARVO can remove them. Not unusual for lenders or investors to require that. The objects of the...

    22k break even myth !!!!

well isnt average league 1 wages somewhere between 1400 and 1800 per week per player. We have a first team squad of 19? that would give £1.8m at 1800pw add on the other salaries, academy, coaches, managers, staff, directors etc would a total of £2.5m to 3m be too far out? Hard to tell though...

    22k break even myth !!!!

any sane business wouldnt spend more on wages than they had coming in though NW. Think we are singing from the same page though arent we :) Think the expectations of some including a certain ex Council leader never got in to gear with the logic of what their heads were actually telling them...
