Sky Blue Sports & Leisure 2013 accounts

Could be FP but it also perhaps demonstrates to a court the kind of losses incurred and the efforts the owners have put in to keep afloat....... maybe with June in mind The issue I have is that there is a clear statement that the intention for the foreseeable future the shareholders (including...

Sky Blue Sports & Leisure 2013 accounts

    - yes in part but also a full year charge and settling out Ticketus plus interest seems to be being paid to the original investors now too - Drop in turnover and increase in some costs cancelling the decrease in others. the drop in turnover this year doesn't bare thinking about but there...

    ACL group accounts 2013

Same approach as with the SBS&L Group. Facts/details from the group accounts not the individual companies. Any explanations that are mine are in italics ACL is the holding company which owns Arena (2006) Ltd 100% (that company is there purely to hold the site lease) and 77% of IEC Experience...

Sky Blue Sports & Leisure 2013 accounts

All I can tell you is that these accounts prepared by the directors, signed by T Fisher and reported on by independent auditors show losses at 7m. If they are wrong then perhaps Mr Fisher would care to explain where they are wrong and why he signed them off as correct. I suspect he is trying to...

Sky Blue Sports & Leisure 2013 accounts

Yes the Otium accounts are filed - however by 31/05/13 Otium did not operate CCFC as such. Also the SBS&L Group accounts include all the transactions of Otium, CCFC H and CCFC Ltd when they are consolidated.

Sky Blue Sports & Leisure 2013 accounts

Will try to stick to the facts disclosed in the accounts. This is a summary of the main points so wont include every little detail Will also do the points from the Group not individual companies - SBS&L owns 90.1% of Otium which owns CCFC H and CCFC Ltd (both of which are to be wound up) -...

    accounts filed

The SBS&L group accounts should give details of the CCFC trading for year to 31/05/13, the 2012 group accounts pretty much did that despite no accounts filed for CCFC Ltd or CCFC H. What we wont get is the inter company position between CCFC Ltd and CCFC H. That means if there were any...

    accounts filed

There is the same notice on both SBS&L and Otium "Highlighted documents are not yet available for inspection" Which confirms the club statement, accounts have been submitted

    accounts filed

The copy on to this page is what is causing the confusion LS If you go to Companies House the "Highlighted documents are not yet available for inspection" is actually on the line below the box stating the dates. The 13/06/14 is not highlighted at all - nor should it be the documents...

Proposal from Sky Blue Trust Members Meeting: Support CCFC Ladies on 16th March

Recent home games have been at the Moathouse, Winston Avenue CV2 1EQ on the all weather pitch Nick. Usually morning of the game if playing away games but home fixtures are on a Saturday. No game this weekend though. The lads would love any support that people can give.......... the squad give...

Proposal from Sky Blue Trust Members Meeting: Support CCFC Ladies on 16th March

Lets be honest if you are going to go to Sixfields to watch CCFC vs Part Vale then you are going to go aren't you. A ladies match at the Ricoh is not going to change that. This ladies match is an alternative for those who are not going, in much the same way as Michael has promoted watching...

    accounts filed

Think you will find that Companies House haven't processed them yet and therefore not updated the company info screen yet. Not unusual there is usually a small delay. I wouldn't doubt what we have been told by the Club about filing the accounts just yet.

Proposal from Sky Blue Trust Members Meeting: Support CCFC Ladies on 16th March

I thought the "Why" campaign was aimed at all parties not just SISU/Club or did I get that wrong? So I can see why some would find merit, if you want to back that campaign, to taking it to the Ricoh. It shouldn't be couched as an anti SISU campaign because the KCIC campaign was questioning all...

    A Question?

Yes - hard to think of a valid reason why they should not No - it was their statutory duty, to do otherwise breaks the Company Act. See no reason to applaud or mock, other than to simply note that they have been. Just to clarify this is the first time since the 2009 accounts that they have...

    Breaking news: Stadium size increased

Sorry to disagree Simon, you might want to read the latest newsletter from the Sky Blue Trust. It includes Ms Garlicks response to Trust request for a seat on the committee following a vote by its members. Makes it clear there is one rotating seat for the SCG.

    Breaking news: Stadium size increased

The story isn't quite right ............ one rotating seat is for the SCG who will rotate (in theory) who from its members attends the stadium committee. Not quite the same as saying the Trust has a seat on it - the Trust does not nor does it have the right to alternate attendance with the SCG

Accounts - just a heads up

Interest has been paid and according to cash flow statements has been paid out. However interest is not due to SISU or its investors, but at least some of it is due to ARVO (that has connections through Seppala to SISU Capital). The disposal of Prozone saw the purchasers take over the inter...

Accounts - just a heads up

Is it SISU or Seppala that are funding this though? They act as agents for investors they are not the investors. SISU do not own the shares, have not provided the loans themselves. The statements in the accounts from directors and auditors have always stated that funding would be dependent on...
