    ACL isn't letting this drop

I've looked into this because I did remember that there was a statement from ACL/the council on here which mentioned liquidation. PWKH made a post on here on the 15th of January 2013 which was basically that statement. So yes they mentioned it but the fact that they mentioned it was only as an...

    ACL isn't letting this drop

I thought, and nice of GR to mention it, that the clause to buy back HR should the Ricoh not have happened was actually put in at the request of Sir Higgs who didn't want to see us groundsharing and essentially homeless . Wonder what he'd make of this current situation. I agree with...

    ACL isn't letting this drop

+1 to that, the charity didn't have to step in and bail us out just like they didn't have to build the Alan Higgs Centre to the very high standard it is, for our Academy. The fact that they did probably wasn't the best move for them given what's happened now but it did give the club a lifeline...

    I Don't Understand?

Maybe one of them will have deep pockets and want to take legal action. We can hope at any rate.

Will you support the new (old) owners or give up with CCFC?

I support the team but not the owners, and they'll not get one penny more from me.

If I am able to take my lunch hour between those times then I will listen on the iPlayer. Thanks for chairing the debates you were very good and I only wished I could have been at one of them.

No it can't have been a bluff because Tim doesn't posture or threaten etc. Remember you only do business in good faith. Always Well Tim my £200 that I somehow seemed to spend every year at the club shop (sorry barrow) on presents and on the odd match that I can make is stopping. If there are...

If they want to change the badge they can look up the last time someone tried that. I'd support new owners up to a point, mucking about with the badge is out of order.

    Fisher On CWR Now

Absolutley, the value of something increases due to amongst other things the scarcity of the item i.e. supply and the number of people who would like to buy it i.e. demand. Stadiums are what I would describe as specialist purchases unlike say houses, and as such the scarcity of such sites is a...

Most Hated Individual Ever to be associated with CCFC

Yeah he has to be up there along with Tim. If we're looking at players Keith O'Neil (who I do know has a very nasty condition that ended his career and could disable him but) when the club was in dire straits before, he told the players, as PFA rep, not to agree to having their wages deferred...
