    Breaking News from SISU....................

I agree, how many people used to work in the shop and how many do they have running the barrow now? I bought my brother and his now wife wedding presents of matching personalised replica shirts a few years back and the staff were really excellent. Did the whole thing over the phone on a lunch...

This still remains my favourite "Fisherism"

Sadly not attributable to Tim himself but the infamous Handshakes line would certainly be close to my all time number one "Fisherism". "Any handshakes – and not everybody shook hands - were purely as a “goodbye” gesture and not as a sign of “deal agreement”

CCLSC minutes 29th May - Fisher Speaks

Just thinking what sort of books you might need to read to be a modern successful football club owner. A guide to the Cayman Islands by Ivalott Adebt Where's Joy (a bit dull this one as it's just pages of picture with random women in it as no one knows what she looks like) How to win court...

CCLSC minutes 29th May - Fisher Speaks

Genuinely don't know on that one, maybe SISU just didn't realise that the fans are effectively the club (as without them you get far less income coming in). Fans also rightly or wrongly believe that they have a say in how the club should be run, which under most owners they don't (if you exclude...

Ah I see you have dumped the dull and irrelevant information about my job to the archive section of your brain. Let me refresh you Source: http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/29120-ACL-Shoot-themselves-in-the-foot-amp-The-Fans-in-the-Head?p=415808&viewfull=1#post415808 Why do you seem to...

But Tim is going to boost those attendances with his plan to take the club out of Coventry.

And what Tim said is the gold plated Gospel truth with no spin? Even the contradictory bits?

Given he's a director of ACL he's probably able to give the other side to these statements. He can probably state whether he or any of the other ACL people have ever met the mysterious Joy and took a trip to Leeds with her for example.

Questions to Timmy at the Formums

If Holdings is the club, why can't the kit for next season be sorted until the club comes out of Admin?

Will be interesting to see what PWKH makes of all this. Of course when Tim talks about signed this and signed that he'll have these available for peer review I hope, or were they lost in the move to Ryton?

He was a nice bloke despite being on the board during the BR years (who I actually met once), and bailed us out through the charity when we were up against it - shame he died.

Is that the Wimbledon model where the club had virtually no supporters for a few years whilst they were planning their move to Milton Keynes? :claping hands:

So where would we be better off

Because I did a search and nothing came up about it other than what was in the post PWKH made that I referenced in post 166 of this thread (click the link to read the whole post). Either Google is hiding something or there's nothing there from PWKH or anyone else.

No idea I'm afraid, don't know enough about it to be able to comment not sure if the details were ever made public.

So where would we be better off

I thought it was to the developers who had bought Highfield Road and that was if memory serves Taylor Wimpey. Might be wrong though.

Geoffry Robinson may well have a different account but don't forget that he is liable for £¼ million as a rent guarantor http://www.football.co.uk/coventry_city/geoffrey_robinson_could_be_liable_in_ricoh_rent_row_rss3669211.shtml I'm not suggesting he has any ulterior motives in any of this...

So where would we be better off

Sir Higgs proposed that well before Sisu took over and the club board rejected it. PWKH mentioned it, I'll try and find the post.
