So where would we be better off

Why has Tim never mentioned this  and do you have a source for that?

So where would we be better off

How do we know that ACL weren't prepared to negotiate on the rent, did SISU/ccfc ask them before embarking on the rent boycott? I wonder if anyone actually knows the answer to this, because if they didn't talk to ACL then it does beg the question why not?

This still remains my favourite "Fisherism"

And then wonders why ACL applied for administration  shortly afterwards.

So where would we be better off

The Emirates is a different kettle of fish entirely as it has (and the area already had) excellent public transport connections in London to both the tube and the rail network as well as buses. People don't generally travel by car they travel by public transport and that was always the plan (I...

So where would we be better off

So why are they making the improvements to the arena then?

So where would we be better off

The reason that the Ricoh is being improved both in physical and financial terms by ACL is so that our club can get year round income rather than just the matchdays. So no I'd be happier with us at the Ricoh where we have the potential to gain more once we own the lease and the associated revenues.

    London Demonstration Saturday 15th June

I live in London and I'd love to come but I just checked my rota and unsurprisingly I'm working that Saturday. I'll ask if I can switch days but chances are very slim.

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

Does anyone know when we first approached ACL over the rent? Was it before or after we were relegated, was it before or after the rent boycott? We should have approached and negotiated with ACL before we were relegated letting them know that the rent was too high for the gates we were getting...

why we are so dissatisfied with SISU and could we expect any better off new owners?

However given how few people are likely to watch 'home' matches under SISU at A.N.Other ground our spend under FFP will be tiny. So any new owner who stays at the RICOH will possibly/probably have more to be able to spend under FFP.

    confused about pitch

PWKH said that ACL have a responsibility to protect the pitch and do so at concerts. At the RHCP they had some hard covering down to protect the pitch and I assume that they use this for all the concerts. No idea about the rugby though, isn't our pitch partly artificial though which should help...

I would have loved to have been there but I've had to work today. Good to see those that could turned up to protest - Thank you :claping hands:

    confused about pitch

Would this be the same CCFC who have a leader in Tim Fisher, who said on the radio that he always means what he says and then sits back and wonders why ACL took his liquidation threat seriously.

Who Should have paid for the Ricoh site Clean-up?

I'll leave out the Gasworks clean up because I don't feel qualified to answer it. But why would you not think it right that the council bought the mortgage to a business that they are major shareholders in, to help that business when threatened by a tenant who was a repeat defaulter on their...

A masterful summing up that I'm sure Uncle Tim would have issues with if you presented it to him at a forum.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

Again, this comment was attributed to Maton not Mutton although easy to see where the confusion arises.

    ACL statement

FL will have to make a decision before too long about who gets the Golden Share, which might cause changes in the balance of power.
