The 'not so obvious' hot babes thread!

I would have described having 4 kids as "soul-destroying" too!

The 'not so obvious' hot babes thread!

This woman does it for me ... I'll resist the temptation to fall into the trap of using smut and innuendo (positions or openings, etc).. D'oh!! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55217285

    Explosion in Avonmouth

Yep that would do it. I would think that an organisation the size of Wessex Water (with no prosecutions or improvement notices in the past 10 years) would have safe systems of work in place. The key thing to investigate is whether they were being followed, or whether the management exercised...

    Things that annoy you

I agree that we should build more cycle paths, but there will still be the radical cycling brigade who don't use them when they are there - CUNTS! They have been built at taxpayers' expense for your safety and convenience - it should be mandatory to use them when they exist. You lot on...

    Explosion in Avonmouth

I'd be interested to know what they were doing up there. Clearly some type of maintenance (as one of them was an external contractor) - soldering something close to a methane build-up, maybe? Obvs that is just speculation, but spontaneous combustion is a more remote possibility. The HSE will be...

    Explosion in Avonmouth

Seemingly not chemical-related. Was material from an anaerobic digestion tank (i.e. human waste), so likely build-up of methane etc. Something clearly went badly wrong, but fires in these things are not uncommon.

If she had been drawn by a graphic designer for a computer game or something, the producer would say "Nah, you've got that all wrong - no-one looks like that"! Odd girl, but great actress.

According to Which?, it probably was! Most stuff supposedly "on sale" over Black Friday fortnight has been cheaper earlier in the year. It's a fooking con!!

    Things that annoy you

It's quite widespread now, i believe. In South Worcestershire (Wychavon District) we pay £55 a year for a brown wheelie bin, collected fortnightly, same day as dry recyclables.

Certain higher education institutions in the area suffer from the same thing, as well as having a "post tortoise" policy ... While stitching a cut on the hand of a 75 year old farmer, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to politicians and...

I don't know if anyone else noticed on last night's Taskmaster how exquisite Katherine Parkinson's shoulders are! (Probably just me!)

Just catching up with Britain's Most Historic Towns on All4 catch-up, and i'm developing something of a thing for Prof Roberts! Delightful Bristolian lilt to her accent, and the discussion about her knickers in the episode about the Tudor era was quite pleasant! Been locked down too long...

    Greg Clarke and my confusion....

... but by the same tone, someone of South Asian (i.e. Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan) MIGHT be offended by being called black. Hence black people using the term BME rather than the accepted BAME is actually being quite offensive! It's a minefield for us honkies, even if we have the...

    Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine

I'm absolutely convinced that medicines, vaccines and the like that come to market in the UK (particularly those which have been through development in the UK) are safe, and the data from Phase III clinical trials seen by the oversight body (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Authoity...

    Greg Clarke and my confusion....

The difference between "People of Colour" (acceptable) and "Coloured people" (offensive) is that Coloured was used as a means of discrimination particularly during the years they suffered segregation in the USA. That's the basis of it. I was having a candid discussion with a colleague from...
