I think it's just bad luck. It's probably taken Hoffman a long time to get this group together because investors would want a while to think it over before commiting to something like buying a football club.

I think Hoffman will takeover, but I don't think yet. I can't see Sisu accepting the first offer & I expect this to go on for a while.

The first offer will be rejected, Sisu will try & squeeze every penny out of him. I think hoff was wrong to say there maybe some negotiating if this refused, I would have just said here's the offer, take it or leave it.

How does the fact that Southampton is nearer the sea make it more attractive as a business? Coventry has far better transport links than Southampton which is surely a more important asset to a business.
