Not saying that those who want to go in shouldn't, just that it would look far more effective in my opinion with loads more people on the hill than inside Sixfields.

I used to go when my days off coincided with matchdays and I could get to Coventry for the game. I knew when I took the job that I'd be working weekends was and that would severely restrict my ability to be able to make it to matches. I stayed at the Ricoh in the hotel on one occasion (midweek...

Because I object to giving any money to SISU, personal opinion though yours may be different to mine.

Don't need to pay to go in to make the same statement, just watch from the hill - enough people doing that will stand out. it wouldn't even need to be a number that would be considered a Sixfields full house, just more than were actually in the stadium.

I somehow doubt that the ticket revenue from 2000 fans is going to make much of a dent in the outgoings of the club, I may be wrong and happy to be corrected.

No I'm not trying to justify anything to anyone - I made my mind up when it was confirmed that we'd be playing at Sixfields. I'm happy for someone to try and change my mind but it isn't going to happen whilst we're playing at Sixfields or any ground outside Coventry. There's a location based...

It would be more of a media attraction if there were more supporters on the hill than there were in Sixfields. That also has the benefit of allowing the NOPM supporters among us who won't give SISU any cash to come along.

Yeah but they had money coming from ticket sales to help mitigate those losses, they've got a fraction of that coming in now. How many season tickets have they sold so far?

The fact that the protest made it into a London paper (City AM) which is read by financial people might be a wake up call to some people who have money with SISU. There will be investors who would never read the sport pages and have no idea about the involvement of SISU with our club. It is...

    Another Take?

Hello :welcome: Great, hope you can make a valuable contribution to the discussion. I think they've had a lot of people thinking, including Tim "why have all my, sorry the clubs fans deserted me?" There's that word potential and there's a flipside to that coin. They aren't losing any money on...

Why should I give any of my money to an owner of our club who has made us homeless for the first time in my lifetime and taken my club over thirty miles to Northampton in the third division? It's not an excuse it's a carefully thought through decision that I've (and others have) made. SISU have...

I don't think it is by any means guaranteed we'd be back in the city if no one went, but I can see SISU having to pump more money into the club as a result. We haven't reached the bottom of Tims lower estimate for attendance at Sixfields, although that may have been for the figure after 3 'home'...

I've been unable to get to matches on a regular basis for a number of years now due to working on a weekend and supported the team/club financially by buying merchandise for relatives and the odd ticket for a match when I could go. That amounted to about £200 or so a year that the club are not...

Please don't think you have to go to Northampton to do so, you can go to away matches and do the same. If you do feel that you have to travel to Northampton don't feel you have to go into Sixfields you can always stand on the hill and watch from there.

Would that be the Academy that SISU appear not to care about, by taking it away from the facilities that were effectively purpose built for us so we'd achieve Category 2 status. I wouldn't blame the Higgs Centre if they said b*gger off if we went back and tried to get the academy back...

I thought they had done so at the ownership meeting a few weeks ago where Joy was alleged to have made her CCFC not coming back to the Ricoh unless I get the thing for my price which is non negotiable threat/promise.
