Thank you for your support, I'm actually a fan of Tony Livsey who used to edit the Daily Sport.
So why do you think Sisu are considering legal action over a factual piece except because of wider exposure?
Sadly after this revalation I suspect that everyone will have to watch their backs - whether it's a charity set up to benefit the people of Coventry, the Trust, the council, the press, the fans etc.
What was it ACL said in their August statement about threats of legal action.
Seems like it's not just ACL and it's shareholders who are in the firing line.
Maybe there is a reason why sisu are so concerned about this article. A thought and it's just a thought but maybe after the NSA revalations more people internationally are taking notice of the Guardian. People like European and Asian pension funds, and American universities' endowment funds...
Agree with that, the only thing we didn't know was the offer from ACL the rest is just a repeating of the story of our plight so far to a wider audience.
I was in Brighton recently and met a lovely seagulls fan who said it was such a shame we weren't in the Ricoh still as the stadium was almost as good as the AMEX. We were having a nice time until her boyfriend turned up.: (
Tim enjoys looking for badger droppings? They want to move from Ryton?
Tim should have been a politician dodging answering the question like that.
Why answer the question when you're on a roll?
Obviously the rules apply to some people more than others.
Again the rules only appear to apply to...
What I take away from this is there are no plans for the new stadium we can see. We appear to be no closer to getting back to Coventry than we were at the fans forums in the summer. The Trust aren't trusted anymore, and Tim has more important things to do than talk to a group of his customers...
