When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

He also said that Wood and Hussey, "would be as good as, if not better than Fox and Dann".

When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

There's no evidence at all, and he "resigned" about two years after these supposed deals were to have happened.

    Valuations of ACL

To be fair he knows that profits were down on doubled turnover so ACL probably didn't do that well out of it.

    Valuations of ACL

There's always a breakdown on one side or the other on here!

    Valuations of ACL

Do you think that ACL would have let the club play at the Ricoh without paying rent at all then indefinitely? In which case there has been no need for any court action by ACL sinc e the start of the rent dispute has there?

    Valuations of ACL

If YB, and possibly others if they'd bothered to shop around, were willing to lend ACL the money on new terms during the time that there was a rent dispute with the club and ACL had already initiated court action to recover the debt, then the argument that CCC had to lend the money to ACL is a...

When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

So Ranson claims, however he also claimed we were debt free, almost as eye-watering as the interest he claimed from the club for his "loan". He brought Sisu to the club, he spunked a load of money getting us nowhere, loaned Championship rivals money to buy players from his own Cayman based...

    Valuations of ACL

I'd have thought it would be looked at that if there were commercial lenders willing to lend at commercial rates then there should have been no requirement for CCC to make a loan to ACL, unless of course it was at a "non-commercial" rate, which could then be classed as State Aid I'd have...

    Valuations of ACL

That's the argument that could win the JR for Sisu right there.

    Valuations of ACL

You would have thought that it was the opposite of killing the Sisu state aid claim "stone dead" really.

    Valuations of ACL

should any improvements to the stadium made by ACL adding to the value of it have that money refunded on the lease by the freeholders? Not sure how it works, but would seem to be fair.

Getting us back to the Ricoh remains simple

Seeing as the club was paying rates for non matchdays as well from the start of the tenancy then would be reasonable to expect the revenues from those too I'd have thought.

    FA and the escrow account?

Are you saying that interest charged on loans isn't profit??

    FA and the escrow account?

He was never calling Simon Gilbert a liar, you'd have to be some sort of paranoiac to think that Mormon Jack. What we doubt, and it's pretty obvious to anybody really, is that the statement from the CCC QC that the CCC is making £19.4million profit from the ACL loan is nothing more than spin...

    FA and the escrow account?

I think that you maybe struggling. I'm saying that the £19million "profit" from the interest on the loan is nothing like that, half of that would be coming from the CCC half of ACL(the other half from the Higgs side), £19million of potential profit wiped straight away from ACL. Also as i said...
