EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

I’ve been laid back about all this there isn’t a perfect solution other than playing out the remaining games but as has been said there are complications to doing that. As for our position apart from null&void promotion is certain, but part of me is now saying “fuck em” let’s play. We’ll stuff...

Black Prince pub in tile hill

I would say the Motor was the first multi-cultural pub Asians in one bar and whites in the other, but got on well. They used to have inter pub games such as dominoes, darts and the little football table in a small room down the hall based on home and away so we would play in their bit one week...

Black Prince pub in tile hill

The story behind that and I don’t know how true it is is that they weren’t allowed to knock the pub down for some reason due to the actual Hawthorn Tree at the back something to do with preservation low and behold it suddenly caught fire. It’s a strange world.

Used the Live and Let Live regularly which probably had the worst but somewhat exaggerated reputation in Cov. Back around 1978/79 a young family were tragically killed in a house fire on a Friday night, big Percy one of the casualties played in our darts and domino teams, by the Sunday night...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

June the 6th has been earmarked as the date for football to recommence for a few weeks now, Government backed, I suspect plans are in place to do that IF possible. That will be decided by the up coming vote. Doesn’t bother me too much what happens ten games left, need to win half we will smash...

After the Elation - The questions

Our position is interesting, don’t know what our wage bill or other costs are but it certainly hasn’t been funded from gates. If tv deals remain in tact for next season that’s considerably more than we get now, Will wages rise that much for all clubs I doubt it, the opposite I reckon and there...

    Jordan Shipley Goals

Gets a lot of criticism on here perhaps got into the first team structure a year too early but he has improved every season. I don’t have any doubts he’ll kick on again.
