They can have all the revenues from the Ricoh by just buying ACL and negotiating not demanding a longer lease. Owning the freehold doesn't give any additional revenue does it.

For me (and I can't see the poll on my phone) the location will need to be roughly the same cost to get to as the Ricoh. The taxi fare to the Ricoh was a little over £10, but the Arena Tesco is also on bus routes. So if it's reachable by bus that's as good for me - although obviously it's only a...

Okay as I said only if they wanted to and if as you say they wouldn't want to then fine. It's just a shame that the Ricoh pitch isn't being used whilst we're not there.
