    I would suspect that the reason that he doesn't post anything at the moment is because of the legal cases. Quite a good way of shutting people up it would seem - maybe that's why we are hearing from the non executive Mark Labovitch and not Tim. That's a real shame because Tim has far funnier...

    I think that the trustees who make the decisions at the charity aren't connected to the council who were the ones who did the buying of the loan later on in the year.

    There is a theory that Sisu will try and wear everyone connected with the Ricoh, ACL etc. down financially by issuing legal challenge after legal challenge until the other party go bust or give in.
