SISU may still be the best option!

To be fair though, I expect that if any SISU owned companies are landlords, they'll give their properties to their tenants after a few years (especially if they go on rent strike) :)

    The trust ?

Most people are very appreciative of the effort you and your colleagues put in. Sadly, it's a fact of life that the moaning tw@ts make a disproportionate noise.

Stuart Linnell here, if anyone wants to talk

Missed all this excitement last night..... I've been critical of SL's handling of these matters over the last few months, but much credit to him for coming on here and stating his case.

Tim Fisher on CWR again between now and 7 pm

Thank you for explaining so carefully. I'll try to return the compliment and I'll also try to avoid being too inarticulate :) Now, I think I've just about got the hang of the phone-in principle, but sadly it doesn't really apply here. This whole issue arose because TF was interviewed by...

I suppose that's one way of avoiding the issue.....

Tim Fisher on CWR again between now and 7 pm

Odd, I'd thought I'd read that your boyfriend was a journalist. If that had been correct, I'd have thought he'd be much more interested in the "right questions" being asked - and if they weren't being asked, I'd have thought he'd have been interested in why not.

    Not one penny more

I've cancelled my Sky Blue Player subscription. As Tesco says - every little helps!

    Ignore what Timmy Fishook says..

It's difficult to believe that SL isn't aware of these facts, so why didn't he ask these - very obvious and very important - questions?

Who on here will renew their season ticket if SISU re purchase CCFC Ltd?

With work commitments, I can't make the majority of games these days but I've still been buying 3 season tickets so that various family members can come with me when I go. I kept buying season tickets partly because I like the people I sit near and partly to give a little extra revenue to the...

    Tim Fisher on the Radio

You have to wonder - does TF actually believe all of this himself? Could make an interesting case study for a psychologist.

    Show us the document Tim

ACL claimed that a verbal agreement had been made. If the other party denies this, it's difficult to prove. TF has claimed that he has documentary evidence. This is very easy to prove. Hence the "different rules".

    tim speaks.....bullshit as usual

:) I'm sure that there have been things on both sides that have contributed to the problems - however on the basis of what I've seen, I consider that the balance of "the blame" lies with SISU. It's not just the ACL issue either. We were "debt free" as the loans were converted into equity...

    tim speaks.....bullshit as usual

I have to say that I admire your optimism. 1. The accounts were past their legal deadline for filing before the administration (of a "non-trading property owning subsidiary"), as they were filed late last year and the year before. Don't you think that the administration is a handy smokescreen...

    tim speaks.....bullshit as usual

So covcity4llife tells NLHWC to leave the forum and you don't comment. Then NLHWC tells covcity4life to leave the forum and you accuse him of suppressing free speech. Good to see your usual even handed rational approach being maintained :)

W.Brom 7-1 CCFC, long way home - I remember it well

Maybe they both had one - but WM certainly did. I remember the moment's tension when it sounded - is it a goal in our game?

W.Brom 7-1 CCFC, long way home - I remember it well

Yorath was due to play centre midfield, but if I remember correctly Jim Holton was injured in the warm up and so Terry played alongside a very young Gary Gillespie in central defence.
