    Protest Tomorrow?

Well that's intriguing. Something is happening on 75 mins, or there is an announcement of something happening? Very curious anyhow!

Well yes, and you shouldn't read too much into it. Football fans are idiots most of the time. Look at those who slated Murphy last season when it was obvious to some of us he had a huge future in the game. Sometimes I'm one of the idiots too. The point is, that given he won the accolade two...

    Brighton in the EFL Trophy

Are you feeling alright today cc4l? We're not talking about block 20 for league games - of course you can, we're talking about the West Stand for CT games!

It was John Fleck wasn't it? Now being lauded for his performances for the side top of the table. To have achieved that accolade two seasons running at a club that had the best two seasons in its history should count for something. Maybe it doesn't, but we won't really know until he pulls a...

    Brighton in the EFL Trophy

JSBs sit in the East Stand, which hasn't been open all season for CT games. They open the West (Main Stand), and Otis was just making the point about the centre blocks which are all coporate. You can buy seats there through hospitality, but they range from £20 to £54 depending on membership...

The pies and pasty issue - the plot thickens

Yep, but think he is saying the latter is no longer available. I am sure (if true) those who have paid in advance will be refunded, but it doesn't bode well for box sales next season.

The pies and pasty issue - the plot thickens

I think that was what he was saying. My old company used to have a box. There were various food packages - we used to buy a hot buffet package for 10 games a season and would pay in advance for that, but we occasonally pay game by game too.

The pies and pasty issue - the plot thickens

That's quite a serious issue actually. The club find it hard enough to sell the boxes - most are empty - and none of the money from food and drink sales in corporate goes to the club - but if this makes it harder to sell corporate hospitality (one of the last few revenue streams - albeit a...

    Brighton in the EFL Trophy

Truth is, the corporate section is far too big. Some of the best seats in the stadium and mostly empty every week.

    Brighton in the EFL Trophy

Because they are all the corporate seats Otis (legends etc.) - these are never available to buy online (or they are if you select the 'hospitality' option). No mystery!

    Protest Tomorrow?

I'm all for not letting-up and keeping the pressure on. But, given the events of the last game where we sent a strong message, and the fact there will be home debutants, that it is Slades first home game (not to mention the importance of the fixture), perhaps tomorrow we take the day off and...

Match Thread Coventry v Bolton Match Thread - Monday 2nd Jan

I'm guessing to a point. But, it is our only real festive home fixture (traditionally a decent gate), Bolton will bring 1500+ based on advanced sales, and I seem to know a lot of people going tomorrow who haven't been for a while. That said, even if it is 12K, it is still 5K short of the 17K...

Match Thread Coventry v Bolton Match Thread - Monday 2nd Jan

Looks like it will be the biggest home gate of the season (which isn't saying much I know). Quietly confident (for reasons I don't fully understand).

    Peterboro highlights

No the foul was further up the pitch before the footage kicked in. Pretty blatant.

Match Thread Peterboro. v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 31st Dec

Just got back. Bitterly disappointing, but a decent performance and a sense we might have stopped the rot. Coming back was listening to BBC Cambs and the overall view that it was a point gained for them and that they were fortunate to come away with something. Felt we sat back a little too...

Make Sure you have your tea before Bolton match

You may have called bullshit a little early there ;). Think he is clearly talking about an earlier time,

    Tonights phone in

No, you're right, I really do temporarily lose the ability to breathe. It is a 100%, accurate description of the physical condition when I see a Wasps fan. Like the old friend who I sometimes walk home from games with, who occasionally watches Wasps. He knows my views, but I am able to keep my...

Equally, I've never read a comment like that and took it literally. I mean, seriously? You understand sometimes people speak figuratively and exaggerate to make a point, don't you?

    Tonights phone in

Oh don't be so righteous and melodramatic. Have you always been this literal? Dear me. There is nothing rational about Liverpool fans 'hating' Man United fans they don't know either, or Labour voters who 'hate Tories'. I have expanded on the comments and given reasons why I dislike then so...

We're rolling with the cheating husband analogy? Wow. If I say I don't dislike Wasps anymore can this stop?
