Many people and factors are responsible for SISU being here, but I would agree that Ranson is one of the major ones. To then say that that makes him responsible for all of SISU's actions - years after he left - is frankly a bit silly. SISU are responsible for all of this.

Sorry, you've lost me. There is a contract in place. It can be varied by agreement between the parties. Offers have been made by one side or the other - none of these have been accepted by the other party. Therefore the original contract remains in place and all offers/final offers etc...
