Wasps got shafted by previous owners and sold their own ground for housing, they then had to rent another ground unsuitable for them that has lead to heavy losses, and have had to now move miles from their fanbase. Glad nothing like that could ever happen to us!

That's true enough, but personal, no matter how difficult it may be, shouldn't be allowed to affect elected representatives decisions regarding important "Community Assets". Personal on both sides has got in the way of business unfortunately.
