I think he actually mentioned a lack of control renting from the council, but it's been a long day (late closing) and I might be thinking of two separate broadcasts.

Assuming you meant hearing then ACL haven't been to court yet, the JR is later in the year. Or have they moved into building works as the exhibitions stuff isn't really working and actually were looking at the court house heating?

I just refer to them as the Higgs (meaning the charity) and the Higgs Centre (meaning the Allard Way place) where the Academy train.
