    Whos going to Northampton

It seems rather pointless expressing an opinion, if there is no attempt to (politely and respectfully) influence others. To consider that to be wrong is, frankly, a little odd. Is this something that you only believe in relation to this matter or is it a general belief of yours?

    Whos going to Northampton

It's not amazing at all. My post - that you disagreed with - was very short and to the point. It said (here we go again....) that people have a right to express their opinions, but should do so politely and respectfully. I was merely trying to help you to clarify your position.

    season tickets now on sale

Personally no, in that scenario I'd have been behind the club. In this case I'm not because: 1) we do not have to leave, we are leaving because of SISU's choice 2) the plan to move to Northampton makes no economic/financial sense and so because of 1) and 2) 3) I am suspicious of what...

    Whos going to Northampton

So can you simply confirm: Do you believe that people have a right to express an opinion on this matter ( as I said and as I believe) or do you believe that they have no right?

    Mark Robins knew the score.....

I agree with you all the way. I said at the time that they had a weak legal case, but a strong moral one. Just handled it so very very badly.

    Whos going to Northampton

I'm a bit confused..... You said that I'm wrong and then you said "by all means express you have an opinion". I'd said "you have every right to express that opinion". So I'm wrong, but you agree with my point?

    Mark Robins knew the score.....

I can only speak for myself, but the reason that I didn't "rally behind the club when the rent dispute first started" was because of the appalling way SISU handled the "negotiations". At the time, when others were praising SISU's tough negotiating stance, I predicted that it would all end...

    Whos going to Northampton

Disagree. If you believe that people attending games at Northampton will be to the detriment of your club, then you have every right to express that opinion. Express it politely and respectfully, but express it.

    Statement finally released

Do you really think that the debt will be written off (i.e. out of the group)? TF has repeatedly said that there is no way the club will play at the Ricoh, so on what grounds do you think that the CVA would change that?

    Mark Robins knew the score.....

That being the term for people who don't see things your way? Odd, so much criticism elsewhere of people being called SISU apologists......

Bomb Squad not even allowed treatment?

If true, then that's wrong. It's also a bit shortsighted as they're less likely to find new clubs if they're not fit.

Plus the additional pressure that it will put on the Football ("Real football for deal fans") League.

Hopefully one from last year - NOPM :)

    Pre- season tour

I wasn't sure about Pressley when he arrived - simply because I didn't know enough about his managerial style - but I'd say that he seems to be doing pretty well so far.

    "something glorious from the wreckage"

I'd tend to agree - but the problem is that moving to Northampton makes no business sense at all. Doing a deal to stay at the Ricoh (and no, I don't believe that that is not possible) even at a rent above the last offer of £400k would be massively more in the clubs financial interests than...

    "something glorious from the wreckage"

I'd like to think that you're right. But then, if say 18 months ago, someone had posted that SISU would move the club to Northampton for 3 to 5 years - what would you have thought then?

    Whos going to Northampton

I seem to recall you criticising (rightly in my view) those who have called people who will attend "scabs" and yet you feel quite happy calling those who will not attend "hypocrites" - interesting case of double standards. You are "amazed" that people support NOPM, yet "are on here discussing...

That's a bit unfair - always thought Eric seemed a really good bloke!

    CVA meeting today

Yes, that's possible - but as noted earlier, that would imply that SISU had been actively considering administration for a few years now. Which may of course be the case. However, if it is the case - it makes it all the more difficult to understand their apparent unwillingness to sell at...

    CVA meeting today

I understand the whole "going concern" issue, just don't believe that SISU "deliberating" what to do about the rent would impact on it to the extent of stopping sign off of the accounts, unless SISU were explicitly discussing putting the company into administration that far back. For what...
