    Masks at the Arena

These people are few in number though. The crazies shouting about 5G and nanobots are a sideshow. There are, however, many legitimate views that don't get a proper airing and that isn't healthy. There are many that fully acknowledge the realities of Covid as a serious disease and see the...

It's his second move, would we get anything at all?

They do make for pretty grim spectacles. I remember playing Norwich at the Ricoh in front of about 2000. Vowed never to go to one again after that, but still go to the odd away friendly and will take a look Sunday I guess.

    Masks at the Arena

Not really arsed about the vaccine thing. I'm jabbed, if someone else isn't, so be it. Yeah, can still catch it but the mortality rate for the double jabbed is miniscule, lower than flu. More to life than the avoidance of death. We're all going to die soon anyway. Have your vaccine, respect...

    Masks at the Arena

It really isn't. Mask wearing is just theatre. Do what you want tbh, I doubt anyone cares, and you could have taken the same view, but couldn't help but flaunt that false virtue. Anyhow, been to a few large sporting events recently and nobody bothers. Perhaps 1 in 100. Will be the same...

No, it's opening the day after.

    Masks at the Arena

500 City fans at Cheltenham, I saw 2 wearing a mask. Sporting events all over the place, including cricket on right now, not a single mask worn. Club know this.

    Forest Away Allocation

Why are so many people moaning about an attendance that hasn't happened yet? We've sold more STs than ever before, it'll still be over 20K for Forest I'm sure, the place will be bouncing, and it may end up being higher than we think. Cheer up!

    Forest

What are you on about? It's a pre-season friendly. There will be 10K+ there for a glorified kick about. How many were you expecting?

    Forest

They didn't sell out, they were taken off sale because of postage deadline and there were tickets left. Were only allocated one and a half blocks. Imagine potg will be opened up for them.

    Forest

It's the sort of game where people will pay on the gate though. What's the rush?
  12. T

    Forest

Sure, and if it were not for TV cameras I'd have said the same. But maybe they will anyway, fair play if so.

    Forest

Average away following 2019/20: Forest 1931 Cov 1885 ..so decent and about the same as ours, although away ends smaller in league 1 so we were capped a bit. Not convinced they'll shift them all, but great if they do, nice boost to club coffers.

    Forest Away Allocation

That's such a crude way of looking at it, they are pointless comparisons because the catchment areas for many clubs extends way beyond the city or town boundary, some clubs have a much bigger regional pull than we do, Norwich sit alone representing the whole of Norfolk. Which boundary are you...

    Behind the goal

I really can't understand why people are struggling with this. Chap I work with - very much your classic casual supporter. Will do 7-8 games a season. Asked if he is going to Forest and he's not. Takes his missus and 2 kids, so says it's expensive and it's on TV. He is going to Reading...

    Forest Away Allocation

The away membership just gives you priority for the away games you do want to go to, it's not a commitment of any kind. There will be midweek away games this season where Forest will only take 500 or so. The 1800 tickets went on sale to these members yesterday and there are still tickets left...

    Behind the goal

But, isn't the £30 thing a genuine excuse when used in reference to non attendance at one of the 6 games that is £30?
  18. T

    Behind the goal

Nobody is making any excuses on this issue. It was the club that used the phrase 'sky blue wall' but then proceeded to prevent anyone buying in there for the first season ticket release of 8000. By the time they opened it, more than 80% of season ticket holders had already bought, and probably...

    Behind the goal

Regret it, why on earth would they regret it? Makes no sense. It'll be great to have supporters behind the goal again. It'll be well occupied for some games, not so much for others. So what. At least fans have the option to sit there rather than be forced to buy on row A or sit in the shit...

    Ticket prices

They'll get more I'm sure, but will still not get anywhere near 5K. People are completely misreading just how desperate people are to get to a game, and also massively overstating the size of away followings in the Championship (we used to take more than most Championship clubs in League 1...
