Kcic Picnic on Jimmy's Hill + Independent Inquiry + London event dates

Will depend on numbers. If it's going to be small we'll keep it low key. If numbers start to build then face painting it is! (and offers of help v welcome)

James, if you can suggest some wording (and preferably send to [email protected]) happy to do so - possibly link to Private Eye article? Prob I have is trying to convey it all in a 10 sec soundbite or 6 word placard! Cheers, Michael

    kcic @ sisu today

(to avoid any possible confusion, this was a kcic event and nothing to do with Trust) Highlights - Best turnout so far, esp from London-based City fans Sky, bbc, a London paper and couple of freelancers there, plus interviews on cwr breakfast and drivetime shows. Great atmosphere...

Protest @ sisu's office tomorrow + meeting for London-based City fans

Cheers, shmmeee - I'm thinking about taking a bottle of Byatt's Coventry bitter to deliver as an invitation to have a drink - media like that kind of thing

Protest @ sisu's office tomorrow + meeting for London-based City fans

HH - campaign approach is if we do nothing then nothing will change so Wed is part of the on-going nagging away, reminding sisu, FL etc that we won't give up and will keep fighting. With the Premier League starting it's even harder to get media interest but, especially doing stuff in London...

Protest @ sisu's office tomorrow + meeting for London-based City fans

Jon - it's a hard call to make. The first one was on a Saturday so had more people but everywhere was very quiet and media weren't interested at all. Strangely, smaller numbers but when offices are open has a much bigger impact. The late afternoon timing has developed so people travelling from...

Six Reasons to watch CCLFC at the Ricoh on Sunday, 25 Aug, ko 2pm

Grendel - As ever, I enjoy your challenging perspective but you are making assertions rather than citing facts i.e. you are criticising the financial arrangements for Sunday so please tell everyone what they are! Torch - some good questions. I'm afraid I really don't understand much of the...

Six Reasons to watch CCLFC at the Ricoh on Sunday, 25 Aug, ko 2pm

    1. As the advert says, when was the last time you tried something new? 2. This is a Coventry City team that wins things and gets promoted! 3. It is supporting a Sky Blues team in Coventry at our home ground. 4. Every person inside sixfields provides justification for the move to...

SixReasons Not To Go To Sixfields this Sunday - updated in response to comments!

Stupot, something we can agree on! I was in the High Court when during the morning the acl spin team were boasting like crazy only for the acl barrister then to get ripped to shreds by the Judge to a point where it was frankly embarrassing. From a campaigning perspective I know exactly what I'm...
