    Soc meeting

If I said the tealady's nephew told me or that Hoffman told me would it make a difference? I know what I just said. Nothing heavy, no big news, just all met yesterday and all was positive. Have no clue whether bid was in or was tentative meeting or what but it happened and Hoff side are happier.

    Soc meeting

There were very positive talks between all parties yesterday. Seems all want to work towards it now.

Who owns CCFC? In Telegraph today.

If you're confused and worried about who ultimately owns CCFC, Tim Fisher explains all exclusively in Telegraph today. 5 boards, 5 companies, no named investors, no day to day SISU management, cash from pension funds. All as clear as mud!! Tomorrow, a 168 page account of where the money's gone...

    Andy Thorn

I have wanted him out, but admit he's done the best with what he has and got in two very good players. He has been dealt a shit hand, but has done his best...and he does care.

    Hoffman Deal For Ricoh Agreed?

Even if it was Dangermouse or Mighty Mouse? Surely you'd believe them!

    If you were thorn.

A fitness coach wouldn't make subs, pick formation, play to defend (and fail) or give the motivational speech of Comical Ali every half time...although they certainly are all unfit!

    If you were thorn.

We only play for 60 mins, we make poor subs and we get worse second half after half time every week. I HATE SISU and want them out now, but nice as he is there is only ONE person to blame for that.

    Gary Gardner

The Birmingham Mail football correspondent for Villa Tweeted it as well as some others.

    Gary Gardner

News is coming from our end. They might have called him back though.

    Gary Gardner

    Gary Gardner

I know, not too happy he's gone back just saying never saw best of him. As you say, used badly in wrong system.

    Gary Gardner

Back to Villa apparently. Haven't seen much from him anyway tbh. Was never the experience we desperately need/needed.

    Ken

When the board are unanimous, it's hardly shocking. There are none of them left! Like my unanimous decision to blow my nose.

    Back of the cov telegraph!!!

And this Tim Fisher becomes managing director based full time at the club. John Clarke bids to be the new Mr Coventry. Surely that means they'll be gone v soon. No chairman appt seems odd though? You'd think the club and Telegraph were in cahoots to sell the saviours of CCFC idea to the fans...

    Telegraph Wakes Up With Backbone

Back page and inside, Telegraph comment. SISU give up and Hoffman show the money as the club is at death's door. Must they know something to push big comment like that? Or is it just to try to push for answers? They give a right ribbing to current and recently departed board too.

Thorn will be sacked today surely?

Exactly! Thorn as manager is equivalent to 'integrating the academy with the first team'. No link whatsoever to improving the only thing that matters - on the pitch - and all to do with paying and investing nothing.
