Match Thread Wolverhampton Wanderers - Coventry City [FA] Match Thread - Saturday 16th Mar

That is going down as one of the best City games ever, and will be talked about on our forums for years. OK, Wolves were missing several of their best players, but you can only play what is in front of you. I know our run has been fairly easy, but we are the top scorers in the FA Cup. We've been...

I wouldn't be surprised if MR didn't play the type of team he picked at Leeds where we played our more defensive players with the attackers coming on in the last 20 mins.

Back in the 2nd division days, we used to win at the Wolves. Even when they went up from Div 2, think it was 0-0.

    Leicester points deduction

As someone who was born in Coventry and lived in Leicester next door to one of your old Directors (his name escapes me now but was a twat) in Stoneygate, I can categorically state Leicester is not a bigger city than Coventry in terms of population or acreage. Leicester is a county town so has a...

    Lati song 👎

There will always be racists and I honestly don't think a song like this will exacerbate the problem. There are so many examples of racism that need challenging, that this is so far down the list a to be laughably insignificant. Do you honestly think people singing this think they are being...

Very tenuous to call that racist. Says more about your opinions than a stereotypical thing. The big black dick thing was discredited years ago.

9 times out of 10 they beat us. Lets hope its the one time for us. We all have to be on top form and they need an off day. Unlikely, but you never know. 19 times out of 20 Ipswich beat Maidstone. Its the cup. Only certainty is we will out sing them and have better songs. A fit Torp would be a...

    Transfer Rumour Summer 2024

There was a strong rumour that Luton tabled an £8 million bid in January. MR batted enquiries about the truth of the bid by saying King will deal with any bids.

He was our best player against West Brom and Rotherham. Also was very good against Norwich. Stop cherry picking and pursuing an agenda against a player you do not rate. I think he has been too inconsistent since he has arrived but give credit where it is due when he plays really well.

We are grinding out results away at the moment whilst not playing flowing football. The encouraging thing is if we hit peak form, we could make the playoffs. Think we could have got a point at both Norwich and West Brom in the end with a little luck.

Have a bit of decorum first recorded by Harry James, Jimmy Lunceford and Ella Fitzgerald. A jazz standard and a much better version.
