With the asset transfer it was funnily enough on here that I raised it and then got an email from the Trust chairman saying he was doing an application and asked kcic to support that rather than do a separate one. All will no doubt be revealed on Monday

yeah, don't know whether it's true but seem to be a fair few people saying acl were able to use the CCFC rent to disguise the failure to make a profit and there are serious worries about their viability but sisu are equally desperate to show their investors some kind of gain from the CCFC...

All the talk about talks seems to be saying the only way to get CCFC back to Cov is to sell the Ricoh to sisu. That might be a political solution for the council and would help sisu's balance sheet but shouldn't the question be what is the best way to secure a long-term sustainable future for...

Everyone seems to be claiming credit for talks taking place but invariably no single action is responsible, rather it's a combination of things. Lots of rumours about internal council politics, but also lots of whispers that sisu are getting desperate. Pick an option to suit your prejudice!
