I think what’s happened since proved the batters this morning played the right way. I’ve not seen any commentator having an issue with duckett and if anything, they praised the openers for putting Indian under pressure, making them change the field and closing the gap to on India’s total quickly...

If it was a flat pitch and no movement I’d maybe agree but you allow bowlers to bowl line and length on that pitch, in those conditions and you’re likely to get out sooner rather than later anyway. By doing scoops etc it makes it a lot harder to bowl consistently and set a field It wasn’t...

People can argue about crime figures as much as they want but from what I’ve seen recorded stabbings have pretty much doubled in 10 years. Recorded violent crimes more than doubled in ten years (from 800k to around 2m). Throw in all of the unreported stuff as well and I’d imagine those figures...
