    No I don’t. I like the flexibility of running on my own, suits my working pattern. I should look at doing more competitive races though - just do parkruns atm.

    Turned into a 10 miler as feeling strong. Total time: 62:20 (ave: 3:52/km / 6:14/mile). Pleased with that. Happy weekend running everyone!

    Interesting. I regularly do a training run of 10km in anywhere between 38:30-40:00. Maybe do it once or twice a week. Much prefer these consistent sessions to reps which I find much harder. Agreed though running a 4:00/km for 10km does breed confidence.

    Did the Tilgate Parkrun (Crawley) the Saturday before last in just over 18:30. A bit down on my peak levels during the middle of the pandemic where I was doing the course on my own in around 18:10. Down to missed training due to negotiating a house move, a misbehaving puppy and drinking too much...
