    Site confirmed for New stadium

Personally think they need to move it further away from cryfield heights as those lot will complain. The relief road is a big plus though as east Coventry could take the 46 and swing west on the new road, likewise leam and Warwick. The Trainline is already there for the kings hill station and...

Forum Statement on New Stadium Announcement

Been looking at the new Brentford and Wimbledon grounds. Brentford looks decent but only holds 17.5k whist new Wimbledon ground is only 9k and involves only one permanent stand. The other one I noticed was the redeveloped Ashton gate which was a traditional four stand but they’ve got it up to...

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

Not sure there’s too many facts in this but mirror hinting we’re in brum next season. Probably what we’re all expecting but thought I’d put it up https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/coventry-course-continue-exile-birminghams-22394096.amp

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

Trying not to get too excited by this but can see massive benefits for us and Warwick Uni. Initial thoughts were £30m is low but then the land is ripe for building and transport infrastructure plans already muted (A45/46 relief road; kings hill station plus canley holt walkable). Newer module...

    Site confirmed for New stadium

Will be more than one giga factory in uk; Tesla looking in Somerset plus area near JLR EMC also mooted for one. Bagington also likely with WMG battery center under development. No inside knowledge but my expectation has always been we will see out St Andrews deal; Wasps will be in far weaker...

Possible Site for the elusive new ground ?

funnily enough I always wondered if this will end up being wasps get out of jail if things hit the fan. Wouldn’t have to uproot especially with the muted Henley training ground and nearer there new supporters but also slightly closer to their old bucks/London fans.

Starmer is a safe pair of hands for labour after Corbyn; middle of the road, plays with a straight bat & from his legal background measured and assured arguments. It’s not exciting or inspiring but should help build confidence. Realistically with the majority Boris got labour would have been...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

The league won’t continue as the costs are too high for the majority of clubs. Play off a possibility probably because of the stink DM is making (actually don’t blame him with what he’s spent on posh). The biggest elephant in the room for me is when next season starts if at all. I’m not...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

No Neville for once seemed to be realistic pointing out the cost for most clubs of starting behind closed doors is prohibitive. From the debate you could see how the argument will go - play off teams and possibly teams in danger of relegation want to continue and everyone else happy to finish...

    Can we compete

Next season is such a hard one to call with everything that’s going on. Prior to Covid I would have said we’d be in a battle to stay up as I couldn’t see us increasing our budget without a move back to the Ricoh and or increasing season ticket prices significantly. Now working on the...

    Bristol City Captain

Resigned to the season being finished now and hoping the right thing is done and we’re promoted. Looking ahead I still question whether next season starts in September. I know behind closed doors is muted but for championship and leagues 1 & 2 I’m not sure the tv audience would be there for the...

There will be salaried staff such as MP&L on site affected plus any Whitley/Gaydon engineering staff who can’t work from home. Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales and IT e.t.c still being paid as they’re able to work from home and their work still required. Going to need to sell those new defenders...

It’s all about playing for time; China are on the whole back to work so car sales there whilst not where they were will start to increase in the next few months. Plus there’s other parts of the business such as parts which bring in revenue. It’s no secret the company needs restructuring even...
