to be fair i thought last season cody actually won more in the air than platt! he's got a good jump and good timing on his jumps but i get what your saying. Jeffers is tall though and we're after a tall striker. do we need one though if were gonna play the "passing game"?
i wouldnt play bell...
i mean because he tried to switch the play at every single opportunity rather than move forwards and bring players into the attack by passing it around building up the attack
Could be but i doubt it's just muscle because he just looked very short and chubby against hinckley. Got a very good touch, not the strongest though from what i've seen. looks to have a good vision and enjoy passing the ball about.
could play a vital role in keeping the ball along the ground...
Keogh is also wanted by Cardiff City and Leeds United but a move to Pride Park would suit the Sky Blues because it is understood to involve a cash plus player sweetener – County offering the services of a current squad member with first-team experience on a long-term loan with a view to a...
we've already got edjenguele, malaga, wood, willis, cameron and henderson
for him, we could get 1 mil plus another player and with the money from the sale could get 1 or 2 more players in
for one player, we could strengthen the team as a whole
yes, was speaking to jeffers dad the other day and he said shaun loves playeng out wide and i think he deserves the chance to show what he's made of! against hinckley he looked class and if he can't find a place up front then out wide, he should beat baker for the position easily!
that lewis...
so say we sell keogh for 1mil and we do get an exchange for one of their players as a part of the deal, like, as rumoured callum ball.
we'll then have the tall centre forward thorn's been after but would that be it or would we look for more aswell?
we need to seal the deal on another centre mid...
would be amazing if he did invest into cov!
joe elliot was saying the other day that he had 3 different groups of investors each pondering an investment into the club but elliot is a bit of a billy bullshitter 90% of the time!
who would of thought at the end of last season after match after match of heroic permormances for cov that many fans would in fact be excited about the prospect of keogh leaving!
i am one of those fans. i love keogh, he is brilliant and worked incredibly hard for the club in the time he's been...
does anybody think thorn will stick to the 4231 formation if 2 more strikers are brought in? i hope not but i think thorn fancies fleck playing just off the forward!
