I think the playoffs has gone. Where we finish depends on whether we get an inspiring manager in or not. If we do, 8th, if we don't 12th. Which is where I thought we'd be pre-season. Not much different to Sheff W, Preston, Forest, Charlton and Southampton's first season after relegation.

I thought the season was doomed before a ball was kicked due to the way that our squad had been torn to pieces. 2 teenagers made their debuts 1st league game of the season; that told me all I needed to know. It was a relegation budget, all but guaranteeing relegation.
