    Robins Meeting Seppala

I don’t think Robins is as keen about returning to the Ricoh as you might think.

Back at the Ricoh in January

No great surprise if this is true. Playing at St Andrews is clearly not sustainable beyond the end of this season, the club will die if we are still there next season and Sepalla knows it. The novelty value of playing in Birmingham has been lost as the poor weather, pre Xmas traffic congestion...

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Southampton U21 Match Thread - Tuesday 5th Nov

Let’s just see if Max can do it week in week out in League One. Tonight we played a team of kids. I have my doubts.

Match Thread MK Dons vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 19th Oct

Yes nothing worse than owners who take a football club out of its community

    3rd Kit

No problem. And the fact that the kit celebrates a music culture from the city that the club have left of their own free will (twice) winds me up even more to be honest.

    3rd Kit

What would be amazing would be the unveiling of a proper plan for a new ground. But I'm glad some supporters take solace in a completely unnecessary 3rd kit.

Tony Mowbray and how we got lucky!

    A typically erudite reply.

Tony Mowbray and how we got lucky!

Mowbray had had enough of our owners by January of that season, that's where it all went wrong.

    Season Tickets

No, just a season ticket holder for longer than I care to remember bar the Sixfields season and next season. The numbers are what they are and tell their own story. And I don’t get all the anger on here aimed at the Trust, they seem well meaning enough to me. Enjoy next season, I wish I could go...

    Season Tickets

It probably is. But 1,700 season tickets sold by the only professional football club based in a city of Coventry's size? A pitiful number and sadly just a reflection of SISU's chronic mismanagement of the club over the last decade.

    Season Tickets

Agreed. This whole site is degenerating into some sort of pro SISU love in, which given the anti SISU sentiment prevalent through most of the city does not bode well for its future. Anyway, enjoy yourselves at St Andrews...

    New stadium

Agreed. The notion that SISU will ever build a stadium in Coventry is utterly laughable.

Call to Arms first game of the season.

You’ll be able to get behind Mark Robins and the team he is putting together every other week down the road from you in Rotherham by Christmas...

    St Andrews confirmed!

Does anyone remember seeing Hagi play against City at St Andrews in a pre season friendly circa 1992? I think he may having been playing for Italian side Brescia.

    St Andrews confirmed!

Teller was a great golfer with little or no interest in football.

Where does the blame truly lie?

The problem here is that the ‘community’ that Wasps want to attract live largely outside Coventry in more affluent Warwickshire. They can’t build up their club and build revenues based on support from within Coventry. CCFC draws most of its support from less affluent working class Coventry.
