Actually that's wrong.....The council did get pulled up by judge a few times they messed up big time, after a day and a half of sisu I wasn't impressed with their qc he was quiet mumbled alot but answered all the judges questioning but the councils qc was well appears to be very strong confident...

Not a chance they won't want a white elEphant blotting their landscape unless backhanders are given.
