SISU gave evidence first for a day and a half.
Council gave evidence for half a day and will do a little bit in the morning.
The judge pulled SISU in line a few times and did not need to when the council gave evidence.
However that happened during the Higgs verses SISU case. It actually did not make any difference in the end.
So nobody will know until the judge makes his decision.
However there has not been any dramatic revelations that would change your opinion of the situation, as promised

The only winners here are the QC's and legal teams....how things have been allowed to go this far beggars belief. Personally I blame the worst owners of our club in our history for bringing us to this point but if this spells the beginning of the end of a once proud club then all parties involved in this fiasco will have blood on their hands.
Actually that's wrong.....The council did get pulled up by judge a few times they messed up big time, after a day and a half of sisu I wasn't impressed with their qc he was quiet mumbled alot but answered all the judges questioning but the councils qc was well appears to be very strong confident and eloquent but when Confronted n question about some key issues could not answer! From my point of view the council messed up in that room bi time a few times sisus team Inc joy n fish got all excite, I feel at this moment in time before today sisu has the edge as council dropped some clangers n judge quickly picked up on them, judge did not look happy 
No one knows whos winning, or who has the "edge", so unless anyone is psychic then we don't know what the judge is thinking.

Neither of these sides will win anything the only losers in this mess are the fans who are being pulled pillar to post with no anticipation of a better up coming scenario..
