In the play off season though we went on a run of 2 losses in 18 games from this very same point. I just don't think we have the team for that kind of run this year. And last year backs that up as well. Another top half finish I expect this year, of course would be glad to be proven wrong...

Tbf Robins has almost always played Allen as often as he was available. The issue Allen has had has been two very injury hit seasons.

Meh, Akpom has had one good season in his career. Think Boro did well to sell him for as much as they did personally. May be wrong but don't expect him to light up the league coming back.

Why is it how poor the league is rather than how good? It's shows how all teams are pretty equal. All the teams this year have some really good players, and ability to get results. It's very much fine margins in this league, not a league full of dross despite what some fans say.

Not the best player technically, but unlike a lot of the newer players, a player with a footballing brain and high work rate which is essential in any team. Always sung his praises, has his bad games, but utilised in a midfield three brings out all his best qualities

Unlikely??? They have the best chance of the three promoted team and it have largely competed excellently throughout. If I was a betting man I would say they stay up over Everton!
