    Non league gems

Well remembered!! It seems Peterborough used Shaun Jeffers as part of the deal to get Connor Washington. http://thefootballforecast.com/2016/03/16/peterborough-united-route-to-the-top/ Nuneaton players were Aaron Williams scored 2in 7 and Callum chettle both on 2 year deals.

    Non league gems

There is no reason this model wont work run along side our existing academy. Our academy divides options on its success rate to me if its self sustaining and we produce the odd Callum Wilson, James Maddison along the way then great. We've had players from the academy impact on the first team...

    Non league gems

Sadly your right.... The reluctance to believe we're just another league one team now is crazy. We're heading into our 5th year of being in this league, sheff Utd are going into there 6th I think. It's not easy to buy that success, elements of luck are required. On stokes, he was a gem of a...

    Non league gems

The reality of it all is were a league one club with limited revenue streams we've a academy that produces a few million every couple of seasons, yes we're selling our best assets but we're not in receipt of mega money tv deals and lucrative sponsorship deals. We're relying on a hardcore fan...

    Non league gems

I believe a few time Peterborough have gone close to going out of business, they are a small club I'd say but have the luck of a steady footballing owner run along side the assistance of Barry fry. They have come up with a good model to run a stable football club that has enjoyed much success...

    Mowbray Press Conference

Like when Presley said some players will never play for this club again.... Think everyone did. I do believe that TM has learned a lot about football at this level. Strong minded and physical players are what's needed. I think it's a good thing we play Bradford and sheff utd so close to the end...

"Realistic" free transfers or signings only

https://footballfragmento.wordpress.com/2015/11/10/championship-players-out-of-contract-summer-2016/ Few lads a wolves that might cut it, Liam mcAlinden, bjorn siguardarson. 2 strikers that not had much luck in the past. Maybe a fresh start may work.

    Loan Players 2016/17

Not exactly a shock is it. Most league 1 clubs needs loans to supplement there squads. TM has said before your loan players are your best players. Ideally they won't be as fragile as some we've had this year and see a whole season through performance wise. Who no's what loan may come in

    John Fleck Contract Situation

I agree with you on most points but did he really help RCC and stokes as much as he could? From my view of games I've seen he has not, I wish he had of as this is what we were expecting when he signed. Sure RCC has made his mistakes with a few others that's not Ricketts fault but it's what he...

"Realistic" free transfers or signings only

Burn seems a good shout, not sure on Derbyshire. Kevin McDonald would be a good signing and Henderson is 31, so only got 2 years in him really. Some good finds tho[emoji106]

    John Fleck Contract Situation

Ricketts has been on the slide since reda dropped out the side, he only really performed as a player in the first 10/15 games. Maybe the shuffle around and not playing along side a dominant figure exposes him severely. As a captain he's never really performed.... On the pitch, what we can all see.

    John Fleck Contract Situation

Good summary, I agree. For any doubters watch against millwall and Bradford in our next games and make your own assumption.

    John Fleck Contract Situation

You don't need to shout to be the ideal captain. Just a motivator and a talker will do. If he don't do it on the pitch how can we assume he does it anywhere else. I've not seen him offer any words of advice after a mistake and I've watched him after every goal we've let in or error made hoping...
