I'm pretty sure 'commercial confidentiality' would be used to prevent publication under an FOI request. It could still be worth an attempt, you may want to look into possible routes of appeal if you think the relevant body is witholding something that they shouldn't though

SISU own City so yes, if that asset is harmed and its value decreases that will inevitably cause harm to the owner. I very much doubt it's going to have the impact that i assume Wasps desire but that is what i think they (Wasps) are doing.

Thats how it looks to me. SISU could be being deliberately vague to give that impression but i dont see which other organisation could be the third party if it isn't Wasps, their owners or the council. What a fucking shitshow.

Im not mixing the two, killing/damaging CCFC is about the only way Wasps have of damaging SISU. Previously that was about stopping legal action id think but now that SISU have stated they'll do just that i can only assume Wasps want them forced out.

I can only assume that they are trying to 'kill' SISU by destroying/devaluing their only vulnerable asset, CCFC. We are caught in the middle of a death struggle between the two. The 'third party' stuff is very interesting, if it isn't the Council then i'm not sure who else it could be?

He's on loan from Bristol City and out of contract I believe, not a great record at Championship level but given our likely budget constraints he might be somebody we'd look at.

Fingers crossed, Bapaga got some chances last pre-season so maybe we'll see him again this time around. I don't watch any of the youth games but Newton, Bapaga and Eccles seem to be the names mentioned most often.

That's the one! It's going to be tough for youngsters (through whatever academy) to get a chance in the Championship but it would be nice to have a couple come good if possible

Michael Crapindoe was far, far better against us than playing for us. In terms of faded ability De Zeeuw and Hendry definitely stick out though, and Holdsworth.
